Parliament Video row : Bhagwant Mann’s another Live Reply

After drawing flak from several quarters for uploading a video of his journey from his home here to Parliament on Facebook, Aam Aadmi Party MP Bhagwant Mann remained unfazed on Thursday and said he would again post a Facebook live video on Friday.

“Is it illegal and inappropriate to post a video showing how questions are taken up in Parliament during the Question Hour? Did my video pose a security threat to Parliament? I will do a live video again tomorrow; let them serve me a notice,” the Sangrur MP told reporters outside Parliament. “I will do it again, and you too air it live at 8.50 am.”
In the video, Mann is even heard narrating the security procedures that an MP are subjected to while entering the Parliament building. In the 11 minute 52 second video, Mann is seen entering the Parliament lobby with the phone where he also recorded the procedure of asking questions during Zero Hour.

“I come to Parliament everyday between 8.30 and 9 am to submit question for Zero Hour… How a lucky draw is taken out that decides who are going to speak in Parliament. Is it inappropriate to tell all these things to people, who have voted and sent us here to raise their problems? Telling about the procedure involved in raising a question is illegal,” said Mann, who later put up another video in Punjab, explaining his stance.
