Apple’s iPhone 7 launch

By September 7, 2016 0 Comments

With new camera systems, stereo speakers, and the most powerful chip ever in a smartphone, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus make the things you do most even better. Two new finishes highlight the seamless design.

The iPhone 7 has been revealed in San Francisco at an Apple event tonight.

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook took to the stage and confirmed that the company is ditching the headphone socket, meaning users will either have to use wireless Bluetooth headphones called AirPods to listen to music, or buy a pair of wired headphones that plug into the Lightning port – currently used for charging.

The Apple Watch Series Two was also revealed, which – like the iPhone 7 models – will be water resistant.
The iPhone 7 will start at £599 in the UK for the 32GB model, which makes it £60 more expensive than the iPhone 6s.

The iPhone 7, 7 Plus and Apple Watch Series 2 will be released in the UK on September 16 and iOS 10 will be available to download from September 13. Pre-orders for the iPhone 7 will open September 9.
